Sivz is an Canadian electronic artist born out of relentless hard work and true passion for the party. Using catchy lyric writing, intricate percussion, simple basslines, and dominant vocals as her ultimate tools for expression. When she’s not in the studio, Sivz is known for being an avid global music festival chaser trotting the globe to catch her favourite artists in action, connect with new crowds, and sharpen her skill at crafting the perfect set.
Being a very busy artist with a growing brand, SIVZ felt the need to solidify her branding through visual elements that could support her online communications with fans in a consistent way. The first challenge was to define a colour palette that could represent her and could be applied to her content, and then to create an icon that could support her existing logo.
With those elements in place, the first task was to create the covers for a mix series called "Sylections". Here is a detailed step by step of that initial and fun process.
Then, after COVID was done, the shows started to happen again, and SIVZ needed posters to do the official announcements.
With more and more shows happening, it was necessary to create some merch in order to connect more with fans and create another revenue stream. One of the ideas was to create a "Do Not Disturb" sign for people that were camping at Music Festivals:
